Lawrence Naranjo is an esteemed entrepreneur and industry professional with a strong background in renovations, restoration, and commercial remodel projects with his extensive knowledge and experience in the field. Lawrence has established himself as a reliable and trusted resource for clients seeking exceptional craftsmanship and innovative solutions. Prior to his successful career in the construction industry, Lawrence served as a raw plastic sales representative where he gained invaluable insight into the manufacturing and distributing process of plastic materials.

When Lawrence is not busy with his professional responsibilities, he eagerly plans trips and adventures for his family whether it’s exploring new cities, immersing themselves in different cultures, or relaxing at home.

Lawrence believes that travel broadens horizons and creates bonds that last a lifetime. From road trips to international escapades, he takes pleasure in helping his wife plan exciting itineraries that cater to the unique interests and preferences of each family member.

As a dedicated father, Lawrence understands the importance of fostering strong family connections. He actively involves his children in his travel and golf adventures, encouraging them to explore their interests and passions through these shared experiences. He aims to instill in them a sense of adventure and appreciation for different cultures, different sports, and the value of spending quality time together.

For the past 12 years, I’ve been a stay-at-home mom to three wonderful kids and have been married to my husband, Lawrence, for 15 years. During most of our marriage, I dedicated myself to raising our children, but I also found my passion as a synchronized swimming coach for the past 20 years. I was heavily involved in national team programs, both as an athlete and a coach, which deepened my love for the sport and allowed me to inspire young swimmers.

In 2024, I re-entered the workforce as a Project Support Specialist for our business, LJ Builders. In this role, I love helping clients explore different space ideas and material choices to bring their visions to life. It’s rewarding to assist them in finding solutions that fit their needs. Additionally, I lend a hand to the big boss man himself, Lawrence, behind the scenes with bids and collaborating with our marketing team to ensure our projects are effectively showcased. This multifaceted position allows me to blend my creativity with practical skills, making a positive impact on our clients and the business.

In my free time, I love being fully engaged in “mom mode,” supporting my kids during their sports activities and other school functions. I cherish these moments, as they allow me to connect with my children and their friends while fostering a strong sense of community. My family and I truly enjoy taking time out of our busy lives to experience different places and seek out adventures wherever we go, whether it’s hiking in national parks, exploring historical sites, or simply enjoying a weekend at the beach. Each experience brings us closer together and creates lasting memories.

Henry Downing embodies the American Dream as a successful real estate developer in Phoenix and Kansas City, a journey marked by entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to service. Born in Costa Rica and raised in Nicaragua, his family sought asylum in the U.S. due to political turmoil, eventually settling in Miami and later Northwest Indiana. Struggling with language barriers and a lack of guidance, he turned to wrestling and boxing, which led him to enlist in the Marine Corps. This decision transformed his life; he gained confidence, excelled in training, and chose his duty station in Okinawa, Japan. Downing credits the Marines for instilling in him the commitment and adaptability that have been crucial to his success in the residential construction sector.

Jose joined Efficient Renovations in May 2021, bringing with him five years of experience in commercial construction. As the Project Manager, he oversees a majority of the residential remodeling projects, as well as select commercial and restoration initiatives. Outside of work, Jose values spending time with his family, enjoys watching movies, engages in automotive projects, and is an avid video game enthusiast.

Tony joined Efficient Renovations in November 2023, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience in the construction industry. His background includes 15 years dedicated to renovation, rehabilitation, and remodeling, along with a decade focused on restoration. Three years ago, Tony earned his certification in Xactimate, specializing in estimating for insurance claims. As a Project Manager, he primarily oversees restoration projects but also contributes to various residential and commercial initiatives. Outside of work, Tony enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.
